It is a journey of deep reconnection
For the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting creatives and sensitive souls in the professional performing arts through physical, embodied work with body and voice—teaching, guiding, coaching, and mentoring.
As a performer myself, I know the difference between feeling fully embodied, free, and in flow—and feeling held back or disconnected from your true voice. Guiding others to close that gap has become the heart of my work.
Your full potential and radiant self is already here. Living it asks for courage—to let go of who we were taught to be in order to fit in, and to trust what feels real, even when it feels vulnerable or unfamiliar. We are here to express ourselves as the creative souls we are, adding our unique voice to the whole.
You don’t need to become more—only to return to the free, alive part of yourself.
