What

During our one-on-one sessions you will be invited and guided to work with your voice in a non pushing, open and curious way. Following and allowing the natural brilliance and playful freedom to present itself. In an open inviting presence, we listen together, and invite the voice to connect all the separated inner parts to a whole and resonate vibrating freely. Other tools and exercises as well as reflection on process will be used where needed. Each journey and point in this journey asks different step. We playfully look together at what your voice, body and energy asks from you.  

How

I intuitively coach you in this process of aligning you to your most clear and authentic place of voice connecting you to the whole of yourself. I give you tools, inspiration, and space to listen to yourself. I will listen with you, so your ears find clarity. All in your own pace and personal process. 

We can work in a studio, online and in nature. 

I use tools from Mime technique/ physical theatre, somatic work, (modern dance, kung fu, tai chi), voice improvisation techniques/ Briesen, Lichtenberger sound orientated technique, and solo improvisation technique. As well as guided meditation techniques I am training in my shamanic studies.

Anyone who wants to feel freer in their use of voice and expression, and to connect to their intuitive source of creativity. (No singing or performance skills needed!)

A 1 hour individual 1:1 session where you are invited into a safe held space with clear guidance and inspiration to let you connect to your voice in an intuitive way. we let the voice guide us from inside out in what it needs, makes it feel blocked, and is ready to release to connect to its full potential and resonance.

Individual coaching trajectory

You are looking for support and guidance to empower, activate, liberate and connect your voice to your creative source of endless resourcefulness. To access your intuitive and playful flow, in authentic and creative expression.

We do this with a tailor suited journey consisting of

• Initial call to learn what the intention and work question/ challenges at this moment with the voice are.

• Three 1:1 live coaching moments (of 1 hour) to dive into the work of holding, opening and finding the inner connections to free your voice and flow.

• In-between the sessions check in’s, assignments, inspiration and guidance to let you connect to your creative source of flow, integrate the work and let your intuitive and associative voice become an activated and integrated tool in your toolbox as an artist/ creator/ teacher.
